Where Empires Were Ruled & Legends Born

For nearly 400 years, Topkapi Palace was the political and symbolic heart of the Ottoman Empire. It was not merely a residence, but a city within a city—a setting for state rituals, imperial council meetings, and the private life of the Sultan.

Today, functioning as a museum, it houses the most extensive collection of Ottoman artifacts, including the Holy Relics of Prophet Muhammad, the Imperial Treasury, and one of the world's finest collections of Chinese porcelain.
